For you to make a similar super easy Call to Action on your own blog, follow these simple steps for maximum tweeting engagement from your readers:
6 STEPS to creating the perfect CALL TO ACTION
- Go to Click to Tweet website and sign in with Twitter
- Type the content of the Tweet you would like your readers to share and the link of your page, traditionally separated by a -
The Click to Tweet Website - Click on 'Generate link'
- Click on the link provided - In this example, the link generated looked something like this http://ctt.ec/Cs1Q9
- When you click on that funny link, you are being redirected to Twitter. Where I got the information from, it was mentionned not to use that link! I don't know why, but to copy the URL that appears in your navigation bar - In this example: https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?text=How+to+help+your+readers+tweet+your+content%3F+-+http%3A%2F%2Fcreationsesmeralda.blogspot.com%2F2014%2F11%2Fhow-to-add-automatic-tweet-this-on.html&source=clicktotweet&related=clicktotweet
You will be redirected to Twitter - Come back to your blogger and Use this URL as the Link under which you want it - In this case, the URL redirecting to twitter is under 'Tweet This'
That's it! How easy was that?
Now if you'd like to keep this as a memo, why not tweet it to yourself?
